what can we do

cricket in Midwest sucks for me right now bcuz i am part of a team who r losing almost every game it sucks and i wanna quit but my heart says no to me all the time what can i do I'm close to 34. I belief we have a good team and we compete with anybody in our league and beat them any given Sunday but this season luck is not with us.
